Shi** Dabbling

Weeks ago I figured out that really, the only way to make decent money (read: somewhere around minimum wage) doing Shi** orders is to only take orders with promo pay attached. That's how I've been operating for the last month. Otherwise, it's not worth it. Tips aren't dependable and the pay is crap.

The last two weeks, I've done one Shi** order a week, which is perfect. I don't have time or energy to do more than that. Hubby and I did a quick order this morning and decided that since it's so little money, from now on, we'll just save the Shi** wages. That makes me happy; I love saving.

On today's little jaunt, we enjoyed a lovely trip to Ridgefield, including going through Sara, the little village in which my Keithler great-grandparents (Neenaw's parents) once lived. We passed their house, in fact. It's so pretty there. I remarked to Hubby that I'd love to live in a little town again.

Afterward, we came home and played in the backyard with kitties Chad and Wednesday, who had escaped through the bathroom window. My friend Lisa has a vet friend who is willing to neuter them. Hallelujah, the cats are gonna survive!

I talked to my mom, who's on her way to Mel's to watch the boys, and is bringing me another carload of her unwanted stuff. Can't wait to see what she was able to fit into her car. Meanwhile, Hubby and I took the garbage and recycling to the dump, always a fun time.
