The Day of Errands and Sleep

This morning M and I had fun taking the babies around to a couple of different places. B is sick and required DayQuil and naan and hummus, and a Goodwill trip was thrown in there somewhere - found a screen for our fireplace! - and we also ended up at Sbux for a treat. We had rain today for the first time since early last month, and it was cozy to be out driving around between raindrops.

Then, I think I had underestimated how tired I was after two weeks of cap and gown hijinks, because I spent most of the rest of the day in bed, asleep. I couldn't figure out why I was so sleepy and thought back to what I'd eaten, to think if there were any carbs involved that shouldn't have been, but nope, I was just tired. Just slept and slept and slept.

Around 8:00, I woke up, ate dinner with B, and spent the rest of the evening with Sims and tv. Hubby had a soccer summit that kept him away all evening. We both had a nice Friday night. Life is good.
