This morning I learned that I'm down five pounds since January 28! Now I'm back to the weight I'd been stuck on since last June. Haha, yay? At least I turned myself around, and I'm happy about that.
Made some progress at the old gym today. On Saturday, Emily and I were both huffing and puffing after walking up five flights of stairs at the library, which delighted neither of us.
