The rioters came to Vancouver, but the damage was comparatively tame:

In other news: Grannie and Bruce the dog are spending the night tonight!
And: our neighbors to the south, Ben and Laura, hired a landscape team to give the laurel hedge between us a haircut. It looks so different!
